It's been cold and windy here, especially on Monday. We were in my tree stand, I didn't think we were very good carpenters, but it never moved. The trees sure were swaying.

We haven't got anymore deer. Chuck takes his gun for a walk in the afternoon, but he's not seeing anything, but hunters.

Eli went back this morning for a round of muzzle loader season.think he is down to a antlerless only permit.....foggy here.

Eli said the only deer he seen was standing in my yard when he drove in a doe and a yearling...he said he couldnt see 50 yards out of his stand...foggy..

howdy folk's hope all is well with everybody been crazy here between work and dad had the stomach virus from friday night into most of saturday i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy

I got a bug of some kind sinuses are plugged coughin up a little nasty stuff but blow the nose & it's worse than nasty goin to the doctor this afternoon. Had tornado damage in Fairgrange & in the area I missed out thank God.

Mornin everybody cloudy day fair. Heard yesterday that Jesse's mom passed away don't know what day for sure or what she passed from.

Rifle season is over. Chuck missed a doe the last day. He said it was a long shot, but he still couldn't believe he missed her. Archery season starts again after Christmas, if the weather isn't bad, he'll hunt it. Right now he's getting ready for trapping season.
It's suppose to be almost 60° here by Thursday. I'd like to take 2 of the dogs out tonight, but Chuck's foot bothers him too much to walk too far or on really uneven ground.

Take them horses Miss Ridge they walk you & Chuck ride the dog's hunt got a nice 54° goin on today.

sorry for your loss td it's a bit windy here they callin for a lot of rain for us over the next 3 day's i really didn't get to hunt this season we have 3 more day's of doe season next week would like to get out a night or 2 with my buddy to tree a coon before season goes out

TD, I think my horses are afraid of the dark. Chuck doesn't like riding.
It was in the 40's today so a friend I went riding.
Tomorrow, it's suppose to rain. Friday, is dry, then rain all day Saturday. It's the first day of bobcat trapping. 😞
We put my deer scrap out last week in 3 places. Chuck checked them today, he said at 2 places they were all gone so he put trail cameras out to see if anything comes in.

Thanks all a wet 56° now & it looks like rain all day. If the horses are afraid of the dark get them a hunt lite. 😉

it's getting pretty windy here with rain this evenin suppose to get pretty nasty here the next couple day's did get the pony and my mare feet trim up for the winter
