Another good looking old dog Rex,,,Morning folks ,its a sunny bright 10 degrees here . I keep thinking ,,Chuck there are better days ahead . I saw last night on the local weather ,Yesterday was day # 80 with at least an inch of snow on the ground here. 78 inches of snow in that time frame had fallen if I remember right . They showed pics of Lake Michigan taken from the air and SAT . pics too , it is 90% frozen over ,all but a thin strip in its center . been a cold nasty winter for sure on everybody and everything .

36 here just got back from my buddys shop with the wifes car he got a 4000 dolla scanner the check engine light went off on the way he drove it show all cylinders miss fireing but it didn't show excatly whats wrong he said he would try a ignition module 1st he said usally if the crankshaft or camshaft sensors were bad it wouldn't run chevy garage can't check for over a week them old dogs was alot better lookin hounds than todays dogs in my book
True Story
Very good Chuck and i am sure every word is true. My oldest son Andrew had his sister and her best friend hold graghm crackers in their hand while he shot it in 1/2 with his pellet gun at a distance of 15 paces of a 7 year old. When Cheyenne age 3 and Drew age 3 came in to ask for another package. Ellen ask how they went through them so fast. Cheyenne said Andrew only lets us eat the 1/2 in our hand. Ellen asked what happened to the other 1/2? Andrew shot out of their hand it fell on the ground and that was the dogs share. Ellen was quite upset. I came home and asked to see all 3 with Ellen watching me intently, I said: Andy son, did you shoot either of these 2 or the dog? He said no. Did you use a gun that would kill a animal? He said Yes, my pellet gun. I then said did you miss at 7 paces of a seven year old? He said no I never missed. Then I asked Drew and Cheyenne if he missed and they said no never.
Then with Ellen's eyes bearing down on me like the july sun, I pronounced the verdict:
Don't shoot Graghm Crackers out of their hands ever again, That many Graghm Crackers might make the beagle sick to his tummy. Its not polite to waste food.
Honest truth, Jeff
Kids if you read this, don't do it.
Build a proper target...
Jeff

Seen a cardinal this mornin' HB .... it's comin' callin' for 50's today no complaints here. As for them hounds, well it's a toss up,when ya get ta braggin' they disappoint ya every time,I've seen good & bad in 'em all. The breed that I've found the least interestin' too me is Black&Tan,not ta say their all bad,but ain't seen that many good ones. JMO.
Boys ,I looked outside this morning and what sun we had yesterday found a place where snow has gotten blown away and that old sunball melted about a 12 foot x12 foot square area ,,man ,Im smiling for a change ,lol.
