Good luck tonight Corey. Well Sky is done for the year. She broke her front leg last night. I'm picking her up from the vet at 4 with her nice new cast.

I got her casted up. She's sore all over. Hope nothing is seriously wrong internally. I've been hearing some horror stories of people finding their dogs dead 2-3 days after a fall.

Shaker and Jiggs did a bang up job on 4 trees last nite. Found coon in 3 and the last was in a pine.

Got a coon in the live trap last nite, gonna mess with the pups here shortly. Even the little off colored pup.

never saw a coon last night till midnight, then treed 10 by 2. lost one to river left one jumbo hanging in tree.

Ty's pup treed 2 by herself then about drowned in the over flowing des moines river. Ty found her just hanging on over a bank and got her pulled back up.

Old dogs looked like crap for 5 hours luck was with them to survive the 5 hours, slick trees everywhere until we finally got the first one.

Corey, I just can't believe Diesel would ever get out of pocket!!! LOL!!!! Tell Jeff there's one less possum down this way. Dogs were lucky they didn't tree it.

Darren, seemed like all the critters were moving down here last nite. Bout hit a couple coon, couple fox and got lucky enough to miss a skunk. Plus there was a coon sitting up not to far from the kennel when I got home.

Just got back from the trainin' session, man that was fun. Got all 3 pups riled up then turned the coon loose. Boy caught it before it could climb (which I didn't really want) and the fight was on. Had to get the 2 girls cut loose fast to help him. Thought they were gonna have it stretched til it took hold of Boy with a vengence, got loose and climbed. Knocked it out and he got his revenge.

Waggs did good and joined the fight along with the little off colored girl.

Looks good blaine. They look comfortable. They might be some big boys.

Man I thought ol dutch was a gonner last night. Him and champ lit out on a hot one and within minutes they were out of hearing. Went to the top of the ridge and could just barely hear them. They ended up in a huge push pile full of crap. Got lucky and champ was still close enough to pull out but dutch was about 15 ft up in from the big hole. Climbed around the top and got where we thought we were on top of him. Ended up digging in a couple of different spots because of crap in the way. Finally got down deep enough to see him. Luckily where he was at there was a big cavern where he could get turned around and once I got the hole big enough I could pull him out the top. If it would of been just a small tunnel i don't think I could of made it to him and probably would of sufficated him. Had a couple of boys on there way with more shovels and a chainsaw but didn't need them fortunetely.

Glad you got the old man out! You had me worried for a little bit when you first text me.

They are goin to be big. Freddy is a bit bigger than bell but they are only about 9 weeks old. I will get some better pics of them sometime. I think they are goin to make the trip back with us for thanksgivin.

I will be honest there were a few moments last night I was a little freaked out. I think the big dumbass will stay in the kennel a few nights.
