Hunt

Ranger won CH on bench and looked good in the hunt. He split treed on the first drop, he had a coon and the other dogs had one too. Second drop I took 3rd and 3rd and that did me in. Had a good time and hunted with some good guys...........Tim

Altoona Hunt

Timmy and I neither one done any good on friday night.
Last night Smoke lost his cast to Mose, Timmy said they had a really good hunt and even though he lost the cast, Smoke still did a good job.
I won my NtCh cast with Robin and with her cast win at Marshall she ended up Zone1 night hunt Queen overall for the year. She did a really good job and treed two coon by herself.

Hunt

Sally and Froggy drew out together (both have 1st and 2nd place wins). They had a tough cast and Sally came out on top by 25 points and won another 1st. Another Turk pup makes NT CH. Sally also won BFOS on Friday and Class and Breed on Sat, she is close to a Dual CH..........Tim

Young dogs

There are still some young dogs out there sired by Turk that could fininsh to NT CH this fall, a new crop will be ready for the hunts Spring and Fall 2012. There have been some outstanding females bred to Turk recently, so it looks like 2013 will be represented well............Tim

Got good report on our Lacey pup (Turk x Lucy)9months. Let her out of the pen the other night to run and she treed a house cat. When I went over to pet her up the cat bailed and Lacey grabbed it and shook it like an old dog. Had it killed before I could get it from her. Last night took her out huntin for her 2nd time to the woods. Dumped her and robin. Robin got treed in about ten minutes and the coon bailed out when we got there. Robin grabbed it and Lacey dove in to assist. She will get right in the middle of a live one. We laid a track and hung it up and she treed on it. She is a very focued and intense for as young as she is. No messin around all business. Turned her and Smoke out, he went in about 500 yards quik and just fell treed. Lacey was treein with him a little and on the tree the hole time. Pretty excited about this one!

Timmy and I took Lacey ( Turk X Lucy ) out again last night. She didn't do much when she was cast with Robin but got on the tree when Robin treed. Next dump we cut Lacey and Smoke where he blew across a corn field and just came treed without any track to it. Lacey went the whole way and was at the tree when we got there. We worked her a little and she treed good. Had a good night with all the dogs.
If I don't talk to you befor this weekend I have the pup papers from Gene for you. If you think about it bring the papers on Drizz. She is as big as a barn.

Thanks for picking them up for me. The young dogs sound like they are doing good. I am sure glad that Drizz is going to have pups. Ole Smoke should put some fire and tree power in them and they should be some good looking suckers......Tim

Paul just bought some MALE power, he got tired of waiting on the other one. This one is a Dual CH with 4 wins towards GR CH and is Mad Dog bred top and bottom. More about him later........Tim

New Male

Astro is the new male that Paul bought, Paul feels that he should cross well on his Turk females. Astro has all the tools, Looks, Mouth that he uses here there and yonder, gets deep when needed, and gets treed quick with the meat. He trees with a loud bawl and chop. Astro's sire is Quad Grand Mad Dog Psyco Sid. We will post Astros ped when we get it back from UKC........Tim

Jim again,Hey when are u even going to register these pups with ukc,called them today and u havent yet,I bought this pup last month 9/12/11.I dont mean sound rude,but when u pay cash for a truck or car u get the title in less then a month,would exspect the same from u,Yr well know and likes in coon world,SO LETS GET THIS LITTER REGISTERED AND GET THESE PAPERS MAILED OUT TO ONES THAT HAVE PAYED U CASH FOR THERE PUP.U got my address.

Why don't you call him instead of posting this on the board. It has been three weeks and two days. Tim will get them registered soon enough and some of the reason they are not is probably my fault. He can explain if you will call him. Cut him some slack. I picked up a different pup from someone else at Autumn Oaks and don't have my papers yet. I'm not even thinking about calling about them.

And i air it out,Has nothing to do with Tim,But to many top hounds out there with pups being sold with out papers,,,Its not like a loan on car were u pay it off then get title,,,Dog was paid for u should have papers in hand,,All my litters were sold and they left with papers in hand too.

Now on a different subject, we are sorry to hear about your wife and will keep her in our prayers. That litter of pups was in high demand by several team mad dog members. You should have an easy sell.

Just finished Dave Dean's new book. You and Paul are in it three times. It was an excellent informative read. Thought you would like to know. In the back he listed you and Paul as friends along with Dana and our family. That was humbling and neat. Lance

Hunt

Went out for a quick hunt last night, Doug had Froggy and I took Ranger. Dogs went in 1/2 mile and struck, we found them close to a mile from where we turned loose treed on the bank of Blackwater River with the meat, if they would have crossed we would have gotten wet. We were back home before 9:00, had a couple of youngsters that had to go to school this morning..........Tim

Hunt

We had a good hunt last night at the Fed Hunt, I drew out with 2 walkers and a Black female. In the first ditch we had 4 strikes and 4 seperate trees, all with coon. On the second drop we had another split, two on one tree and mine by himself, we found their coon but could not find mine. I got beat by a nice walker male. Timmy Clifton lost his cast by 25 or 50 points, Pauls cast couldn't get into any coon and Robin and Sally drew out together, I left before they got back in.........Tim

Robin won her cast with 400+. Advanced on to the sweet 16 tonight. Got one by herself and part of 2 others.

Robin (GrNtCh Turk X NtCh Lou ) placed 14th in the Federation Finals out of 80 dogs. Friday night she looked like a million bucks. Treed one by herself and got part of the other two coon treed. Scored 400 plus and no minus.
Saturday night we hunted pasture coon and she didn't look so good. The dog that won our cast won 1st in the final 4. Had a tuff cast with some really nice dogs. Can't say much for the Judge though!haha just kidding Mike. Mike Hayworth was our non hunting judge, he did an awsome job.
