3 yr border collie herding prospect

3 year old male neutered border collie. Abca registered have copy of the papers. He was lightly started on herding per previous owner. He has plenty of drive and instinct but doesn't appear to know commands. He doesn't like my males but is fine with females. Utd on vaccines and prevention. Heartworm negative. Needs a working or active home without male dogs. Obedience and house trained. 300
