Question on npha or apa

So I got to thinking today about the npha and apa. I have a question for everyone which organization is better in your opinion? I’m thinking about going ahead and paying my money at plott days so I can voice my opinions and since I know for a fact the board members of the npha can’t be members of a splinter organization which would mean they can’t be members of the apa I think I should join just the npha also.
