this weekend

treed a couple small bear this weekend


saturday maybe an hour race
300 yard walk to tree
on skid road - lol

rita sassy ranger tiny




today

long hard race - i knew id have to pay for easy day yesterday


sassy rita ranger on tree

could hear dogs way off -- and barely get a beep
i thought they mite be way across on next mountain--

found them treed down by brook with steep banks - lol


i drove around 15 miles rough road to get a 1/4 mile closer to tree :?

As usual Pete you are out there doing it right. That Sassy female is a fine looking walker for sure. I wish we lived closer, I would love to put down with your hounds.

treed this varmint yesterday -


got a run today - we werent beat yet but had good chance to pick up dogs so we did -- lol one guy wanted to get home for nascar-

thats bad enuff but buddy has to get home and watch golf--

NOW THATS SICK LOL

budd - coondogs- heres link to ad -- bought him from wayne dimond-far as i know , one beardog in pedigree and that was rose-- i started that dog for a friend -real nice pup and ive heard she was a beardog

hes a great dog --2 years old - i cant think of a dog that gave me so little trouble - just did it , from first time out --

he just keeps getting better

i have a littermate thats mite make somebody a good coondog
--handles --good tree dog ,started easy -- just doesnt have the extra gear -- looks great on easy race - i have too many and his time is up here-
