Permanent papers ?

If a dog has 6 generations of all treeing walker top and bottom why are the puppies xbreed. Just bought a male that is bred really well. But is xbred. Nothing shows on his 6 gen. That a different breed of coonhound is in there. What can be done.

If you'll pm me the dogs' UKC number, I'll check it out and let you know.

Possibly off standard color pup was registered as X-Bred, (Redtick colored PR Bluetick).

Off Standard colored pups registered as X-Bred. It takes 3 breeding for the X-Bred pup's to become Purebred.

Not true from my understanding. You can breed back to a pure bred Bluetick and register pups that meet the color standard as PR Blueticks

Sounds good but normally any X-Bred hound has to be bred 3 times to a UKC Purebred hound and apply to be Registered as Purebred, Permanent Application $30.00 plus Breed Transfer fee $30.00 and a signed statement that the pup meets the 80% co-efficiency. 2014 X-Bred video per Todd Kellam @ 11:25.

Xbred

He is the normal walker color. Nothing shows otherwise.

There has to be a X-Bred or Non UKC Registered hound in his lineage in the past 30 hounds to be X-Bred.
