Hunt

February 5th and 6th 2016
South Carolina Sectional Abbeville Coon Club SC
Is Proud to Hold “Sharon Meeks Memorial Hunt”
This Leopard sectional is named after a dear friend of the Leopard breeders and hunters. She has been associated with the leopard Hound for 35 years by either cooking for the two local clubs or taking membership fees at the Grand American and Winter Classic to just about anything else the Leopard Association needed. Not to mention, helping Lamar out while doing these things. She kept her own Leopards and promoted them as well.
You may hunt or show Leopard Curs or Leopard Hounds on Friday. Lamar is donating 2 Leopard pups for a drawing. Come and get your Lucky Tickets. “Red Fern Hunting Supplies will be donating prizes also that will be giving away on both days. Friday will be a Leopard only event with Treeing contest, Bench Show, Buddy Hunt and Competition Hunt. The UKC Hunt will be Saturday night is an open hunt, but King and Queen of the hunt will be crowned to highest leopard for both nights. King and Queen of show will be crowned on Saturday only. Lamar wishes that anyone that has purchased a pups throughout the years from either him or Sharon to come to the event. Friday bench show starts at 4:00pm but be there ahead of time to visit. Treeing Contest will be approximately 5:00pm for those not interested in competition hunt there will be guides available for pleasure hunt too. If you have pups for sale or you need a pup this is the place to be. If you have Leopards, even if you do not hunt or show them, come let folks see your dogs and meet the good folks who hunt Leopards. Deadline for the Bench show is 4:00pm Friday and Saturday. Deadline for the Night Hunt is 6:00pm Friday and Saturday.
The hunt will take place at RUI Beagle Club in Abbeville SC. For GPS is 1112 Old Landfill RD. Iva SC 29655. If there are any questions contact Randy Adcox 864-230-0130 or Michael Hayes 864-449-8426. Where about in SC is abbyville located....what major city is it near? Asked on another board and you may have answered there but deleted my acct w/them. Thnks!

Abbeville is below Anderson SC and above Columbia SC it is on the Georgia side of the state best I can explain it. The Biggest Town is near Greenwood SC

probably won't be able to make it cause too many hunts in Feb and Mar and just not enough vac days nor money to go around...lol. those attending enjoy yourselves though which i am sure u will do.
