Play by Play Feist Final Cast

We're going to attempt a play by play of th final cast this morning but it will depend on the service we'll have available in the woods. We'll find out here in about 30 minutes. The cast should be ready to turn loose around 8:45. It's a little cool this morning in Tell City but we have our fingers crossed for a good 90-minute squirrel hunt. Stay tuned.

Ok folks. They have reached their destination and have the dogs out ready to cut loose. Get ready.

Conditions are not ideal this morning. Windy.

Dogs are cast. Couple barking already so this might be a good sign.

Sage treed, 100! Pigg 50, River 25.

Plus them up! Dogs recast.

Pigg treed, 100! Sage treed, 100 (split)

Plus Pigg! Searching Sages' tree.

River also handled at Sages' tree. Circle Sage. All dogs back on the loose again.

Whew......... sometimes nothing is better than this. My apologies but not anything one can do when service is a problem. I've been trying t make contact to get updated scores and time remaining. Hopefully, soon.

Whats the return deadline?

As it turned out, after they dropped over the hill, that was all she wrote in terms of service out there. It's too bad because they had a bang-up hunt and scored on six different squirrels. In the end, it was Pigg winning the cast with a score of 425+, Sage second with 250+, and River 3rd with 125+.

Congrats to Ken and Pigg on back-to-back wins at the World Hunt!
