year old male
Got a year old walker male who is a natural at tracking he can flat drive a track but once he gets to the tree he comes back and runs the track all over again ive caught several caged coons and the coon always wins and he gets to live i just am not sure what to do he is outta Tree Slammin Frankie and a Trackman Female any help would be great
maybe try drags or hang a coon a up and let him tree on it. another way to help is hunt him with another dog or maybe turn a caged coon loose and watch which tree it goes up and have a buddy go stand in that area and when the dog gets to the tree get him tied up and get him treeing and then knock the coon out. with another dog let him have 1 or 2 coons if he trees and then after that start tien him back untill he starts treein and stayin put
He is extreamly independant he will not go with another dog but i guess i try drags but he is super smart doesnt mess with anything dead
