Track Down Cancer, American Cancer Society

A few weeks ago I had posted about the possibility of putting on a hunt in co ordinance with the American Cancer Society. Well, that has finally came through and been approved.
Track Down Cancer!
October 11, 2014 in McMinn County, TN (Athens)
We plan to have it at the armory but my buddy is meeting with the mayor tomorrow for confirmation. I will keep everyone posted.
We will start at 4 pm with BBQ.
Hunt deadline will be at 7:30
90 minute early round.
Top 4 high scoring cast winners will advance to late round which will be 60 minutes and determine our winner.
It will be a non-licensed hunt but under UKC Nite Champion Rules.
*If we have a minimum of 45 hunters we will be giving away 1000 dollars to first place! ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS!
We will have t-shirts available for sale or order. I will post a picture when we get our sample shirt in.
I have donation and registration forms available upon request. Entry fee for early registrants will be $30 while registers the day of will be $35.
Any money or prize donation you make will be a tax write off and I will send you a receipt with the cash amount or amount your donation is worth and it will have the code on the receipt for when you do your taxes.
So comment or message me and I will mail, email or bring you those forms.
Remember we will be making no profit. Minus the cash prizes all money will be immediately donated to the American Cancer Society!
