UKC why can't I get my papers on my dog? I've called you 6 times. I've waited on your Q four times I asked for a call back 2 times, never happened. You've charged my credit card twice and I paid my credit card both times. Two weeks ago a man told me my papers were in the mail. I haven't seen them.I read another thread on here and that man also was having trouble with UKC. I think it's about time you make some changes. My name is Nick Oster PH> 660 484 3365

UKC Issues

The UKC is a foreign owned international for profit business NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau. As a Foreign owned entity operating on USA soil the Federal Trade Commission would be the first place I would file a complaint. A simple internet search of "UKC problems" you will find this has been going on ever since they took control of the American Field and FDSB and there are NO PLANS at the UKC to improve or change anything. They are a business NOT a PUBLICATION OR REGISTRY and now they are a MONOPOLY of all American field dogs registrations. All of this signifies the death of a the OLDEST dog registry in America the Field Dog Stud Book. Very sad imho

I forgot to mention my situation with the UKC.

The UKC cashed a check in early March of this year for a 6 gen pedigree.

It is end of June and NO PEDIGREE. Twice after hours of sitting on ONLINE CHAT HOLD I received a response which I have screen shot stating that the UKC didn't send it with the registration and that they would send it out immediately and that I would receive it within a week or two. That was in MAY. After spending DAYS trying to talk to someone my wife finally got on online chat going I also screen captured that one the UKC states they will send the pedigree and get a tracking number and send us the tracking number. NO TRACKING NUMBER and now both the wife and I are GHOSTED on the online chat. NO need trying to call you will never get through and emails I guess are just impossible for the UKC STAFF so NO PAPERS AND NO RESPONSE. I have been registering dogs with the FDSB for 30 plus years NEVER had this problem before the foreign takeover.
