If you have a dog that is registered OMCBA and one that is registered something else like nkc or ukc what would the pups be registered as?

Depends on the size as far as UKC and NKC goes. That is if you waited to they were mature. If not they should be registered as mountain curs.

Your OMCBA papers have absolutely no impact on the other registries and vise versa. The OMCBA actually is a breed association and their papers are not recognized by most registries.
