Question about slams?

I have two questions
1) Slam event with over 4 casts. If one cast comes back with no plus points do they get paid for a cast win? If not do the others casts split that cast's money?

2)Double header Slam event with over 4 casts. If one cast comes back with no plus points do they get paid for a cast win? If not do the other casts split that cast's money?

Rules state that you must be a Plus Point cast winner!

All plus point cast Winners get their entry back with the final 4 hunting for the rest ,but what about a double header? Where does the none plus point casts money go?
