Dakota Lights

Has anyone had any trouble getting service from them! I have the called the multiple times and have not got a call back! Really like the light but get no response from them. Just would like to get replacement battery and helmet liner from them!

Not sure where you are located but we have always made the drive if something was wrong and took to them. They always fix ours while we're there great service in person best I have seen .but not sure about dealer

I've called them 4 or 5 times over the years without any issue.

Ireally like a light i bought from them years ago but service not so much.
