Help Finding Pup

I need some help finding a quality pup. I have been out of coon hunting for 12 years. My son is 9 years old and I am getting him a pup that we can hunt together. I want to get a pup with some real promise.

I don't even know where to start looking. Any suggestions of someone who has some real quality pups coming this year?

look for a cutter pup , we got one , used on bear , they are big leggy smart good feet , smart , i get nothing for this , just saying what i know for a fact , good luck hunting , be wise there is crooked people out there

I've got a litter right now that the mother is tidewater bred got from James powers.the dad is out of frank giddings son dog. Sackett jr,Finley river breeding top and bottom just turned 3 weeks old monday

Thanks for the replies fellas. I should have been clearer that I probably won't be ready to get a pup until this fall. I'm doing some traveling and won't be ready to have a pup around until the summer is over. I'm probably gonna go to Autumn Oaks this year. That will be the earliest I would be ready for a pup.

Since I've been out of the game for over a decade I really just need help being pointed in the right direction. I have always been a pleasure hunter, but I think it would be cool for my son and youngest daughter and I to start going to some hunts ...
- Who are some trustworthy guys producing quality pups?
- What would be some good lines to look at nowadays?

we have had good luck with neosho river pups , finley river , spring creek , nance , any house is good , many more also , good luck
