What’s going on with the BBOA?

I have seen a lot of people on other media platforms talking about people resigning and even seen a post where people was sending back there membership cards and swag. I am not a member of that breed organization and don’t plan to be cause of things like this in the past. I was just wondering if they are going under or what? Just wondering cause you never know unless you ask questions.
