Help with papers

I'm not trying to start a bash on the registration department, but can someone help me out with what I need to do. I sent my papers in on June 8th, they were postmarked, but no tracking number on them(I WILL NOT DO THAT EVER AGAIN). I have tried calling, waited multiple times for a call back I know once I missed it, can't wait all day by the phone when you are at work. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Long story short my puppy papers were lost and I would like to get started getting duplicate papers so what do I need to do, she is performanced and that was paid by the owner of the littler and I do have her UKC number. She is 8 months old if that makes a difference.

I have had really good luck with live chat. Have your name, address, DOB, and ukc# of dam and sire. This will speed up the process. It may take a while when you first initiate the conversation to get a response ( 2-10 mins) depending how many are ahead of you, but it's still quicker than a phone call. Once they get on with you it's usually very quick. They told me last week that they were processing what they had received in the latter part of July
