Looking for parti standard poodle

I'm looking for a parti poodle to work obedience with. I live in Texas.

I have a 4 week old male parti poodle. He is black and white. His mom was #4 m/c in 2013. Both parents are fully health tested. Mom is a CH and dad is a GRCH.
