I Need Help. Anyone with UKC

Dual Sire litter Application.
Completed one back in Dec 2023. (Pups born 10/27/23)
Got all DNA test results back except for one puppy. UKC said they need another sample. Sent the second test kit on this one puppy, never to hear a word from UKC.
Well it seem they have lost this test.
Got to take it again. Been waiting on another kit since 4/25/24.
Contacted them again today. The person I was chatting with can’t find anything on this. So frustrated. $500.00 in test and paper work alone, and it seem no one at UKC cares enough to send email, phone call or nothing. I ve asked for my case file. Lolll no luck with that.

Sorry to hear that you are having such a problem with something that seems to be so simple at other registries. Unfortunately I feel this is the new normal for UKC …….

Good luck getting it lined out.. had a similar situation on a set of puppy papers and took forever to get them going.. it’s a shame how only place mail gets lost to this level is the UKC registration department… all hunt reports I’ve sent never been lost, PKC papers never been lost, bills coming to me from multiple places have never been lost.. only UKC registration department.
