ISO tracking hound

Being color blind is a challenge but something in life that doesn’t keep somebody from doing day to day stuff. However when I shoot a deer it’s a big issue. Looking for input and/or dogs that are for sale to retrieve deer that have been shot.. would not mind getting one that is already finding deer but also wouldn’t mind training one. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks I’m advance
