Whip is a nice hound that looks and sounds like one is supposed too. He is fast on both ends and the most classy tree dog I've seen. Super loud mouth that anyone can call. Very accurate stay put tree dog. Come go for a hunt with him if you like and bring your best so you can compare him with or without company.

he will be alone unless cut loose on same track or dog covers him. He isnt socially disfunctiinate but prefers to do his own thing. His sire and dam were the same way

I've cut loose 2 times so far. both lay ups. 1st was a tree over and the second was perfect. these coon aren't moving yet. working on the 3rd cut loose now.

3rd cut loose he got deep and I couldn't find the coon. I believe it was there but couldn't see all of the tree. these red oaks get big in these creek bottoms.

here is a 4 generation pedigree on Whip. I've been asked several times and I'm sorry I've just now got to posting it. He is breed to produce as you can see. He is out of the only triple crown cross ever made and these hounds are out of winners and producers.

Larry and I took 3 of his grandkids last night. nothing more fun than seeing these kids having fun coon hunting. Whip did his part and we were training another young pup.

if you're looking for a balanced hound that can add independence, speed, air scenting, and tree power here he is. he isnt perfect but displays lots of great traits. come hunt with him and see for yourself what kind of hound he is. wont be any excuses. Whip isn't a fluke. he was breed to be a winner.
