Podcasts with dogs from the past

I've been listening to some of the podcasts with some of the bigger breeders.alot of these dogs have since passed but now it comes out how so old spot was mean at the tree,or the other guys couldn't figure out why there dog wasn't at the tree.why would people promote dogs like that no matter how much money was involved.these guys are supposed to be legends of the sport?

For those wondering why—

The big boys are “training” them to be deep, alone and NEVER back another dog.

Not many 4 foot NBA players and not many ruff dogs getting scratched when being by themselves.

As Dave Dean told me, “got to breed for the scorecard if you’re going to play the game.”
