Campaign Contributions

I see where Kamala raised $540 million in campaign contributions just last month. What in the world do they spend all of that money on? Where does it go? Who gets it? The press details who and what class of people give it but they never say where it goes.

In the 2020 Presidential race, both candidates together spent $6.5 BILLION. Who in the world got all of that money?
