The Johnsons and Zach Danberry have some good stud dogs in Michigan. I can't thinkof any off hand in that part of Canada but you might look in the ALBA yearbook. I am sure that there are a few studs in the Northern states I am forgetting. Other than that I can ship frozen or possibly fresh chilled semen from my dog Shine and I know that Dan Minten can also do the same for Sport and Huck. If you don't have a yearbook or are not a member of the ALBA yet, I highly reccomend you do so, the new yearbooks will be coming out in March.

You can find them on here just look below your post on the stud dog page. Pennie and James Johnson go by pjohnson on here and they post quite a few pics and what not of Zach Danberry and his Buckshot Jug dog. Dan Minten and I each have adds for our stud dogs posted on the stud dog page here as well. Just look down the page below your post. As far as frozen seem goes it should last indefinately for decades if it is properly stored. You would have to find someone who has the equipment to properly store it, you can't just toss it in the 'ol deep freeze in the basement. As far as travelling goes, depending on where you live in Ontario I might be just as close as Michigan depends on which of the great lakes you have to go across, or around to get there.

I would cross in Niagara, fort Erie or Detroit.
It's hard for me to get time off work as I am gunsmith and own my shop so I don't take much time off. Hence why I hunt at night!!!!
