Wanna bet they would try to minus you???

We trapped this coon a years ago. We turned it loose hopeing to tree it, but have never seen it again.

I have often wondered what would happen if you tree this coon and your dog was the only one setting under it. Wanna bet??

This coon was not harmed in anyway.

J.R.

Most guys are in such a hurry to harvest any coon that is the least bit odd. I'm glad you let that one go. You're right, they would probably try to minus you. LOL. Great pics.

I have trapped two coons like that here in Florida. Both of them were released. The second one was a female. She was seen near a friends house with young ones this year.

P.S. I'm from W.Va. Fairmont area.

20 years ago, I posted it about catching a Yellow coon. The picture is long gone.

But last weekend it happened, My Son in Law treed a yellow coon in a Ukc coon hunt. He got plused and won the cast.

Only 1 we have seen since one I started this thread about.

That's awesome, a coon hunter knows what a raccoon is irregardless of the color. Glad your son in law had a good cast. I personally have never treed a albino or almond colored one. Closes ever got was one that was cinnamon colored which was still unique

Albino's

A cast at the winter classic treed a double about 3 years ago in cast both were albinos same tree
