Yup

that is her. She is just a touch over 9 months old. This was her 2nd time out to the woods. She kind of had help and she kind of didnt. When I am more awake Ill tell the story. But she looked good last night for a pup on her 2nd night out in the woods. First time being when she was about 5 months old. So to me this was pretty much her first time.

The hunting

suckedddd last night. Only dog that got struck was the Lightfoot pup. She tried to work it but I could tell it was a colddddd old track. The hot nosed Rocky dogs wouldnt even strike it. We never even seen one coon sittin up which is veryyyy unusual around here.

Being that both of you guys had sh_ty hunting, I am glad I stayed home. LOL
Good to hear that your pup is trying to use her nose, Her sire Buck had great cold trailing ability. And her Ma Ma <Ruthless> is pretty cold nosed also.

will keep puttinher in the woods. Was a chit night but hey at least she struck a track and tried to work it out. Im gonna say not to bad for the 2nd time out right?? Specially when the others wouldnt even strike it. Of course Chance wasnt there or it mighta been a diff story. but who knows cuz he wasnt..........but nonetheless I was veryyyy happy to see her go out hunting and at least give an effort into puttin something togehter. Shes a natural I tell ya. Wish I could sit here and say its all the fine training Ive done with her. But its not. Its all her.
