Couple toms

Got snowed out day before with it snowing sideways & howling winds. Next day went in to break trails out again and found this guys track. Turned loose & treed this guy within 200 yards of us. 2 quick races in 3 days.
Rip & his mother Dixie were in the tree with the lion & he was NOT happy!!!

Dixie, Cody, Lager

Yesterday treed this tom with very minimal snow

Thought there would be enough snow to hunt this area, but the closer we got, the smaller the snow got. We were lucky to even find this track, let alone complete it. Dogs did a great job.
Rip in the tree again

Friend made a great bow shot on his 145lb tom

I owned two blueticks that were heavy smokey river and always got the job done, I still have one thats going on 12. I also had a nice female that I sold that treed bear alone at a young age and had an incredible nose! She is back in WV now and Ive been telling my friend that bought her to raise a litter from her. All of them were very early starters.

Thanks, it is a pretty cool Mother/Son shot.

Makes us a little nervous on how they will make it to the ground again. Dixie came out on her own, Clint climbed up the tree and let Rip down with 3 leashes hooked together.
Man, does that dog have drive. Poor Dixie gets left home alot to leave room for the pups/young dogs. She is not happy about that!!
We are really happy with where we are at with our pack of dogs.
Our pups are early starters, cold nosed, tree dogs that will drive a track. We have a litter 6 weeks old(Rip/Penny) that we are excited to see go.

Wow, a bluetick 12 years old!!!
Sounds like your friend should breed his female!!
