$36 for 40lbs I'm getting it from the local mushers they swear by the stuff for stamina and hard working dogs, I've been roading mine3 days week anywhere from 6-10 miles a time and there holding weight good.

I think that is the same feed that Lance Mackey feeds his sled dogs. That is a really good price you are getting!

Hey Duke...

What Redpaw are you feeding exactly?? Is it the X series or the power edge line? That stuff is really pricey..but seems to be really a super quality feed line! The price you are getting is outstanding!

If anyone's comming to MI or has friends here that would be interested I'm looking at buying 50 bags and would like to split it up with a few people. My email is dozer7581@gmail.com if interested. Thanks

Black Gold Performance Blend 26-18. Dogs love it and don't get too fat. I feed approx. two cups to a 50-60# dog while hunting 3-4 times a week. Dogs don't eat much when it get 100 degrees.
Adios,
Gary

Feed

I was starting to wonder if I was the only one that still feeds Black Gold

Posted by gladerunkennels on 06-02-2012 07:39 PM:

food

I fed black n gold and loved it but I cant get it around here anymore. I am feeding Kenny O's now, seems to be good food. I'm feeding 3 3/4 cups to my 60 to 75 pound dogs and seems to be doing great. less stool cleanup in kennels and also a reasonable price when you have coon and bear dogs.
