AS FAR AS I KNOW ITS NOT ILLEGAL TO GUIDE IN TN. BUT IT IS ILLEGAL TO BAIT. I COULD PUT A FEW ON SOME BEAR IF YOU WANTED TO HUNT FROM A STAND. BUT IT WOULD BE WITH NO BAIT AND DEEP IN THE THICKETS.
