First cross is doing a great job ! They are just. 7 mos old running & treeing , with big good mouths.

Im sure liking my pup from the first cross. If there was a lil more age between them id b getting another. Shes definitely a looker. Dark cherry red houndy well built female with a huge mouth and a head full of sense. Has already treed 4 or 5 on feeders by herself.

I have hunted with one of Skully's pups out of the 1st litter when she was 6 months old and she was stricking ahead of our old dogs and treeing every breath. Really nice pup. I would say that if you are looking for a well bred dog, this would be a good one to get. I have heard nothing but good out of the 1st cross. Competition hunters should really look closely at this cross.
