Looks like houndy looking leps have been around for quite awhile, that sledgehammer dog looks just like an Uchtman bred blue tick. Beautiful dog!

Notice There is no pedigree behind Lady.I do not know this for fact but I have heard several say Shiner had been bred to several hounds.So there is a good chance thats what she was.

I've never run into anyone who knows the story behind Jack and Candy. The few people that have Pedwin or the old Winped programs that have 1000+ pedigrees recorded in those programs do not have that info. from any of the correspondence I've had with them over the years.
