Snickers and sodas!!!

Well my Son, (Randall) came down and we had a great time hunting! The coon won a few times but they came up short most nights! I must say I now know we even have some Badgers right in my back yard cause we bayed one up under a fallen tree and trust me they are sure tough dudes! LOL
We almost lost all 4 dogs one night to a big boar coon out in a deep creek but we got him and he won't be around to do that again. I'll post some pics later today when I get home. I'm now hunting Preacher and Cajun alone till they finish out I think it will make a big difference on them.

The warm weather sure ain't hurting the coon hunting. Sounds like a good time.

Poor Ole John

I want u-all to know poor ole John has me worried. He has a situation that is causing him too much stress. He can't even stay focused at work. Trying to decide which young dog to take hunting that night then worrying if he made the right or wrong choice might get him fired. Having two young dogs doing so well is such a strain on him that I'm afraid he may loose his hair. I might even worry about him a little more if I wasn't so jealous. All jokes aside I talk to John pretty often and he has a couple to be proud of. Most of us would be happy to have just one young dog doing so good. John you just keep telling me about your hunts and I'll keep being jealous.

Hey John, .looks like your having a fine time & those hounds look great too.. Tell Randall that if he needs someone to help relieve him of some of his stress & help him keep from losing his job.. I will be glad to bring either one of his young dogs to Alabama for a spell... lol

I knew Cajun was but didnt know about preacher.. Looks like that was a good match.. I tried to get a pup but all were spoken for.. I then tried to get one off Reba and you know the story on that... But thankful Reba was ok.. Maybe another time... I finally got a pup off Jug of Shine that is coming around i should know about him by the end of this season... Good hunting ro tou my friend.. God bless.... Keep-em-N-the-Woods
