East Eliminator

On Friday before the hunt, will we be able to pre-enter our dogs and get them measured? If so what time will that be ?

Shane, the club will make that decision and it would be approved on the part of UKC, if they would like to start taking entries the night before.

I havent' been on here for a while and i havent seen any posts with the info for this hunt coming up this weekend. Can anyone tell me what time the dogs are to be casted out Saturday morning? Are they going to be taking entries friday night? I absolutely know nothing about the details of the hunt other than its this coming weekend and it's Saturday and Sunday!

There will be club members there Friday evening as Jeff said. There will also be members there to measure dogs as early as 530 Saturday morning. I'm pretty sure the deadline is 7 but someone correct me if I'm wrong. The main two hotels are...
1. The Americourt Hotel 423-727-7311
2. The Moutain Empire 423-727-7777
Not sure the nightly rates.

Address to club is, 211 cross mountain road mountain city Tennessee. As for weather, it started snowing this afternoon and is cold. Not sure how much snow is coming prob get a few inches tonight. But I'll keep everyone posted.

I vote to change the date for the eliminator east. The weather was terrible last year, and looks like it is going to be the same this year. seems like weather patterns stay pretty much the same year after year on the same weekends. JMO.

Didn't snow any today might get a little tonight. The temps are suppose to get really low Thursday. I have around three inches at my house but there is never as much in mtn city due to big elevation change. Honestly the weather doesn't look that great but can't be worse than last year. woody has done a great job finding more and better spots than we had last year so chances are you will run and see rabbits. I'll keep you updated tomorrow.

a bombing 6 below zero 30 minutes from club house thursday morning but suppost to be in the thirties sat-sun 40 degrees looking forward to seeing every one should be a great hunt
