Allen can you clarify this please.

Allen I know we spoke on the phone regarding this issue but yet some still disagree. So can you please set the record straight here. Regarding a 6 dog cast. When 6 dogs are entered in the champion division you must run those those 6 dogs in one cast. It is no longer the clubs option to break them down. Thanks for your time Allen.

Yes all 6 dogs are ran together and the dog that finished second in that cast gets a second place.

The second place hound would receive state race points just like if there were 2 cast of dogs but will NOT receive championship points in the Champion class.

The new rule implemented for 2015 is:
Anytime there are six dogs entered in a category OR six dogs remaining in a category; those six are drawn out in one cast. It is not an option for the club to draw them in two casts.

Seems like the confusion may have been whether or not the club has the option? In any event; they do not have the option.

After 1st Struck dog receives 20 pts each dog thereafter thats strikes in and not locked out of strike would receive 10 pts.
