TN, Haletown; Tri State CHC From I-24 west, take Haletown/New Hope exit 161. Turn right off exit 161 and travel approx. 1/2 mi. Turn right onto US41, then travel 100 yards. Turn left on Old Hales Bar Rd. Go 300 yards to Haletown Fire Dept. It will be on the left. English Sectional. Contact Patrick Ables (423) 619-5763
