Who is in charge of this

I would say the United Kennel Club Staff is in charge of it? We all work together on all of our programs. From President Tanya Raab to myself to Allen Gingerich to Krystal Lear to our advisors Joe Newland and Allen Rosenbarger. It's definitely a team effort.
