Bear hunting in Canada

So last year I took a trip to New Mexico to bear hunt, this year I'm headed to Maine, now I'm thinking about going to Canada next year. Is there any particular place in Canada that you recommend? How about a guide, is there anyone that you have delt with that is reasonable and a successful guide? I want a guide where I can bring my own hounds. I would be driving from Tennessee so Ontario or Quebec would probably be best but where is the best black bear population?
