What is your definition of deep? We all hunt different terrains and different coon populations. This is something that I have always wondered when I heard someone say deep and lonely.

deep

800 yard to 1.5 miles on a regular basis when there is not coon close!!

As far as it takes to get one treed or if I had to put a distance on it at least a mile .A dog focused on finding a coon won't take long to do it.ive herd many people say they pass up coon. if there focused on finding a coon and have a good nose that just don't happen.now just try and find one and you have a winner.
