Hoosier National Forest

Looking for recommendations or advice! Wanting to go to the HNF this November and camp for a couple of nights and hunt. Is there any campgrounds in the forest that would be open and have electric and water hookups at this time? What area would be the best for camping and hunting close by? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
