One of the best BLUE BOOKS ever published

If you are a Bluetick enthusiast, this first book back in 1964 is a must read.

It tells in detail how and where the famed breeder, Elbert Vaughn, obtained his foundation Bluetick stock.

Also reports on Jake Sides and his beginning with ole Curley 'n Flora; and some of his hunting in the Schoona River bottoms with the great writer of cooning stories, i.e. Blacksmith George Schmitz. Some other great stuff from "Bluetick Bill" Harshman.
