Constitution

The CDC proposed a moratorium on evictions which was enacted. A landlord's group took it to the Supreme Court who ruled it unconstitutional. Now even beforehand everyone knew that it was unconstitutional. So, the moratorium ran out and was struck down.
Now Biden has stepped up and signed an order restarting the moratorium on evictions. Dictator Biden said that he realized that the moratorium was unconstitutional but it was a "good thing" so he would sign it anyway. Then he instructed his Justice Dept to enforce it and take any challenges all of the way back to the Supreme Court.

Now what kind of President knowingly goes against our Constitution?

He's no President. What President would say he is leaving American citizens to die in a foreign land? What President would ever go completely against his intel and order our troops out before the evac operation was done, allowing the agressors to capture and kill innocent people? Richard i could go on and on. This idiot has not made a sound decision yet, and has screwed up enough that the entire gov't. is in shambles. He needs to go, but look what's there to replace him. Yep more stupity who can only laugh or make fun of very serious situations. The dems have even began to distance themselves from the admin out of self presveration mode. Never in history have we had more incompetence in our white house, and that says a mouthful having endured Carter and Obama. Pitiful bunch.
