Now I sure don't like the job that Fauci has done or the "advice" that he has given and think that he is nothing but a corrupt politician who should have been fired long ago.

But in this instance, y'all should "consider the source" of your info. It is real easy to "lie your way" out of something that is a big fabrication to begin with. It is a big giant superman leap from experiments that were done in a small lab in Tunisia back to Fauci. I didn't read anywhere that Fauci had anything to do with them or even knew that they were going on.

This is like blaming Fauci for what was going on in Wuhan. Does anyone actually believe that the Chinese would actually let anyone know what they were doing? Now you can make an argument that he "should" have known what he was spending our money on. Or he "should" have never trusted the Chinese but a lot of people in our government have been duped by the Chinese. Dereliction of duty followed by dismissal is what we should be talking about. Executives are fired every day for not knowing what is going on in a Foundation that they are the head of but I don't recall any of them ever being executed.

Several years back it was proven in court that tobacco executives knew that nicotine was highly addictive and that smoking was one of the leading causes of death in America. It was even shown that they knowingly outright lied to Congress many times. They were sued and the large tobacco companies had to pay millions in damages. But no executives were charged with a crime or put in jail much less executed. Now where was all of the outrage back then? Most of those executves were never even fired. I wonder why?

Oh my goodness, there y'all go again. Fauci never said that NIH wasn't helping to fund the Wuhan lab. The confusion comes in as to what they were doing at the lab or what they were using the money for. There again, you are making it real easy for him to "lie" his way out. Fauci readily admits that the NIH was helping fund the Wuhan Lab but says that he didn't think they were doing "gain of function" research. Now there is nothing to suggest that he did. As a matter of fact, the Chinese government says that they weren't although very few people believe them now. Again he needs to be fired for just taking what the Chinese government says at face value like the rest of the Democratic liberal corrupt politicians in Washington.

I doubt very seriously that "he" sent any money to the lab in Tunisia. The NIH gives out 200 billion dollars a year. They gave the lab in Tunisia a few thousand. Now Fauci is the Director of the NIH but do you really believe that he knows where every penny goes? Do you really think that the lab in Tunisia put on their application for the money that they were going to torture beagles? Y'all are really stretching here.

If I pay a trainer to train a dog and the trainer goes out and gets "eaten alive" by gnats, should I be executed? Reminds me of the commercials for mosquito spray showing humans sticking their arm and hand in a glass box of mosquitos. I don't remember anyone being executed over them.

Oh my goodness, I did read it. Apparently you didn't. The N I H said that they had nothing to do with the treatment of the dogs in question. The lab in Tunisia was doing research on a parasitic infection spread by sandflies. First they infected the beagles and then studied them. Apparently those pictures are taken out of context. The nets are put over the dogs heads to protect them. It is a typical animal rights trick to manipulate photos.
What the NIH "admitted" to was that it is common practice to remove all animal's vocal chords in crowded lab settings/kennels to cut down on the noise. Can you imagine working in an enclosed kennel all day with 100 barking dogs?

Why did you call me a Fauci backer? Belittling the messenger when you don't like the message is a liberalist trick.

Gain of function research has been done in the US for at least 6 years. It was banned for a few years but then the ban was lifted. There is a lab in North Carolina that does it today. It is used mostly for flu virus in order to "stay ahead" with vaccines. Scientists argue amongst themselves about whether we should be doing it and haven't come to a consensus. In the future, scientists will want to use it with the Covid virus in order to keep developing new stronger vaccines as the Covid virus develops new strains.
Covid is a virus. It is here now. Flare ups will come and go. Vaccines and boosters against it will also come and go. You might as well face the fact that Covid vaccinations/boosters are going to be a way of life from now on. Y'all can continue to fight it if you want or just accept the reality of it.
