Fence wire for training pen

Looking to build a pup training pen, does anyone know where any discount wire fencing can be bought? looking at Horse fencing wire I believe it is 2"x 3" staves or maybe other recommendations?

I have always wanted to do this, I have now retired and I'm going to do it.
