With the new gender declarations, what are we supposed to teach kids to say instead of no sir, yes sir, no ma'am, yes ma'am?

Since there are no more sirs and ma'ams I guess it's just yes and no.

Teach them the word "idiot" just in case someone gets insulted by being called sir of ma'am
