I've tried by phone and email lmao , I've tried SIX TIMES on the live chat and now waiting on a supervisor from the live chat to call (all day)

I have a pup W679,112 pup is a performance pup litter nominated. There was a hold up with sire DNA and puppy papers don't indicate performance and I don't have any performance paperwork. I need to know fees what do I fill out how do I pay the pup up in performance?
