Poor Service

The first week of December I sent in DNA and registration apps for a dual sired litter. Here we are the end of March and I have nothing back nor can I get an estimate of when I will get the results and paperwork.
I used the chat feature half a dozen times, only to be told they will text or email me with an update, that has never came !
I have called multiple times, been hung up on, been bounced from dept to another.
Still know paperwork or results. April 2nd my pups will be 5 months old,
This an absolute joke !! UKC's service is beyond piss poor,
I have spent ton's of money with this organization over the last 30 years, never again !

While I’m not quite to the never again stage, I get it! Back in December I ordered an Offspring report that never showed up. I have emailed them, been on the phone with UKC at least six times. Their record shows my order as complete but I have yet to receive the report. Was even told two weeks ago that they would email me a digital copy, that I never received. When I called them about a refund I couldn’t even get that done without unnecessary difficulties so I’ve just chalk that $25 up as a loss. Love UKC but they need to figure out where the problem is since December on customer service

I tried to do an online single registration last summer. Turns out the litter was already registered but the papers were never given to the new owner. UKC said "sorry, you'll have to get the papers from the breeder" (Kinda hard since he passed away) and that they would refund my money. I emailed back to the email address they provided to give them more details and explained the situation. No response to that email and never received that refund.
