Yes it is. Although it is slow getting started but they seem to be attentive once the conversation is going. It was suggested to me by 1 of the UKC chat personnel to try the email as an alternative. This would probably be a little better for most of us because many times the chat will time out before any responds to the initial start of the conversation. With the chat, I have had to give up a few times and try another day as well.
