Seeking Tips and Guidance for Writing My First Book

Hi everyone,
I'm in the early stages of writing my first Book Writing Help and would love some advice from those with experience. I’ve got a rough idea of my plot and characters, but I’m struggling to find a consistent writing process. How do you stay motivated and organized while writing? Any tips on developing characters or creating realistic dialogue? I’m also wondering about outlining versus letting the story unfold naturally. Any advice on balancing creativity with structure would be greatly appreciated! Looking forward to hearing from fellow writers and learning from your experiences.
Thanks!
